  3. Sweat onion, garlic, ginger in sesame oil and under lid. Later ad carrots and cook until done. Towards end, add the harricots so they are done same time as carrots. Mix half the vegetables with the fried rice.
  4. Mix eggs and scramble them with remaining vegetables toss the peeled shrimps in at end then mix it all in with the rice.
  5. If you feel like making it spicy add chilis :) spring onions are also a nice addition.
