- Heat oil in a pan. Add pandan leaves, cinnamon, and cardamom.

- Add ginger-garlic paste and saute well. Let the raw smell disappears.

- Add coriander leaves

- Add tomato and green chilies. Mix them well and let them cook for 2 minutes

- Add masalas and saute well.

- Add curd and mix for a minute.


- Add boiled chickpea or chana.


- Add water and salt. I have 1/4 cup boiled chana water and the remaining normal water. Let the water come to a boil.
