- Untuk mie= rebus mi pangsit. Siapkan di mangkok 1sdm minyak babi, 1sdm kecap asin, 1sdt kecap raja rasa, 1sdt minyak wijen, 1/2sdt merica, 2sdm kuah kaldu. Setelah mi matang, angkat, tiriskan, aduk ke dalam mangkok berisi bumbu. Beri daun bawang diatas nya.
- Untuk acar= potong serong mentimun, beri cuka, garam, dan gula secukupnya. Tes rasa.
- Untuk sambal= siapkan segenggam cabe rawit merah/orange, 1biji bawang putih, garam 1/4 sdt, air 100ml. Blender hingga cabe halus.
