  8. 2 tbsp sambal terasi (ready bought or homemade)
  9. to taste Sweet soy sauce
  10. Salt
  11. Pepper

  14. Sunny side up egg
  15. Kerupuk (prawn crakers)

Instructions to make Crazy Rice Asian / Nasi Gila

  1. Add the oil in a pan. Add in the chicken, cook until they turn opaque in colour.
  2. Add in the meatballs and sausage. Cook until soft. Add in the sambal terasi. Mix well.
  3. Set the mixture to the sidr of the pan. Add in the eggs, let it turn in colour, then quickly make a scramble. Mix well again.
  4. Add in the cabbage and casim. Mix well.
  5. Add in the seasonings and sweet soy sauce. Mix well.
  6. Turn of the heat. Serve over hot rice with a sunny side up egg and kerupuk.
  7. Dig in.
