  4. Chop the potatoes, then keep it in bowl water for 30 minutes in fridge.then drain the water & dry the potatoes to fry it
  5. Take a bowl add 1 drop of green food colour and add coconut grated with it mix it well to get green coconut grated.

  7. Then Arrange potato fries,then carrot grated,beetroot grated,green colour coconut grated and egg white grated and serve it.
